Marin Software Prices Initial Public Offering

San Francisco, CA – March 21, 2013 Marin Software Incorporated (NYSE: MRIN) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of common stock at $14.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on The New York Stock Exchange on March 22, 2013 under the symbol MRIN. Marin Software is selling all of the shares being sold in the offering. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 shares of common stock from Marin Software at the initial public offering price.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. UBS Securities LLC and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated are acting as book-running managers, and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is acting as co-manager.
